刍议病例引导式医学检验技术虚拟仿真实验库的构建

摘要 医学检验技术作为一门实践性极强的学科,从传统的实验教学模式向虚拟仿真实验教学模式的过渡和转变,已然成为高校医学检验技术专业教学改革的新方向和新趋势。文章从基层教师角度,对医学检验技术专业传统实验教学的局限性、虚拟仿真实验教学的作用和发展现状进行了总结,并着重从项目设计、项目内容和教学方法、教学评价体系等方面进行了思考,提出了“病例引导式医学检验技术虚拟仿真实验库”的构建设想,以及基于该设想建立不同类型疾病间的网络式学习,以促进医学检验技术专业虚拟仿真实验教学水平的不断提高。 As a highly practical subject,the teaching mode of Medical Laboratory Technology has transformed from the traditional experiments to the virtual simulation experiment,which is the new trend and novel direction of teaching reform.This paper summarizes the limitations of traditional experimental mode,the current situation and roles of virtual simulation experiment con-struction from the perspective of grass-roots teachers,focuses on the aspects of project design,content and teaching methods,and teaching evaluation system,and proposes the construction thought of cased-based virtual simulation experiment library in Medical Laboratory Technology as well as constructs network learning among different types of diseases based on this thought,so as to promote the teaching level of virtual simulation experiment of Medical Laboratory Technology.
