摘要 大学生科研训练计划(student research training program, SRTP)在培养学生科研实践方面得到广泛应用。新时代背景下,传统SRTP培养模式存在体系不够完善、系统稳定性差及监管体系弱化等问题,不能满足新时代人才培养需求。基于PDCA质量控制理论,结合学校资源优势和院系专业特色,构建PDCA-SRTP学科交叉的科技创新人才培养体系,形成以人才培养PDCA为主循环,教师动态发展与一体化训练为两个PDCA子循环的培养体系。该体系能够促进多学科交叉发展,增强学生团队合作思维,提升学生科研创新的实践能力。 Student research training program(SRTP)has been widely used in training students'practical ability in scientific research.In the new era,the traditional SRTP mode still has problems including incomplete system,unstable system and weakening supervision system,and can't satisfy the requirements of talent cultivation in the new era.Based on PDCA quality control theory and combined with advantageous resources of the school as well as characteristics of the specialty,PDCA-SRTP interdisciplinary talent cultivation system for scientific and technological innovation was constructed,and the cultivation system which focuses on talent cultivation PDCA and has two PDCA sub-cycle like teachers'dynamic development and integrated training was formed.This system can promote interdisciplinary development of multiple disciplines,enhance students'teamwork spirit and improve their practical ability in scientific research and innovation.
