老年帕金森病患者血浆miR-361-3p、miR-626表达与病情严重程度的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation between blood miR-361-3p and miR-626 expression and disease severity in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease

摘要 目的探讨老年帕金森病患者血浆微小RNA-361-3p(miR-361-3p)、微小RNA-626(miR-626)表达与病情严重程度的相关性。方法选择2019年3月-2022年1月浙江省医疗健康集团杭州医院收治的75例老年帕金森病患者为帕金森组,另外选取70例同期健康体检者作为正常组。采用荧光实时定量聚合酶链反应法检测所有研究对象血浆miR-361-3p、miR-626表达水平,采用Hoehn-Yahr分级量表和统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)评估帕金森病患者病情严重程度,采用Spearman分析帕金森病患者血浆miR-361-3p、miR-626表达水平与Hoehn-Yahr分级、UPDRS评分的相关性。结果与正常组相比,帕金森组血浆miR-361-3p、miR-626表达水平均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);帕金森病患者血浆miR-361-3p、miR-626表达水平与Hoehn-Yahr分级、UPDRS评分均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论血浆miR-361-3p、miR-626表达水平对帕金森病的病情评估有一定的参考价值。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of microRNA-361-3p(miR-361-3p)and microRNA-626(miR-626)and the severity of the disease in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods A total of 75 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to Hangzhou Hospital of Zhejiang Medical and Health Group from March 2019 to January 2022 were selected as Parkinson's group,and 70 healthy patients during the same period were selected as the normal group.The expression levels of plasma miR-361-3p and miR-626 were detected by fluorescence real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction method,the severity of Parkinson's disease patients was evaluated by Hoehn-Yahr Grading Scale and Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS),and the correlation between plasma miR-361-3p and miR-626 expression levels and Hoehn-Yahr grade and UPDRS score in Parkinson's disease patients was analyzed by Spearman.Results Compared with the normal group,the expression levels of plasma miR-361-3p and miR-626 in the Parkinson's group were lower(P<0.01).The expression levels of miR-361-3p and miR-626 in plasma were negatively correlated with Hoehn-Yahr grade and UPDRS score in patients with Parkinson's disease(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression levels of miR-361-3p and miR-626 in plasma have certain reference value in the evaluation of Parkinson's disease.
