摘要 培养医学创新人才是高等医学教育的根本任务,也是培养未来杰出医学科学家的重要需求。医学节肢动物研究团队作为医学创新人才培养的践行者,十余年来坚持依托开放实验,择优选择大创学生;基于专业特点,指导学生科学选题,精心组织申请实施,使学生的科研设计能力与实验操作技能得到提升,科研热情与创新潜力得到激发。学生参与发表科研论文十余篇,多次在创新实验大赛获奖,毕业学生几乎全部攻读研究生。实践表明,大创项目是培养医学科研创新人才的有效途径。 Cultivation of innovative medical talents is the fundamental task of higher medical education,and it is also an important requirement for cultivating prospective medical scientists.The arthropod research team has devoted themselves to the cultivation of innovative medical talents based on open experiments for a dozen years.They select top students for National Training Program of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Undergraduates and supervise them to choose a proper topic based on their own specialty.Their supervision is student-centered and they make every effort to help the students with the project application and implementation of the proposed project.The students can improve their scientific research design ability and experimental operation skills,and their enthusiasm for scientific research and innovative potential can be stimulated.Students have been involved in publishing a dozen research papers,and won awards in innovative experiment competitions.Nearly all the undergraduates involved were admitted to postgraduate programs to pursue their academic development.National Training Program of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Undergraduates has proved an effective way to cultivate medical innovative talents.
