摘要
基础医学的发展日新月异,传统的“大锅饭”式和“千人一面”式的导学模式已不适用于基础医学专业研究生的培养。导学共同体是以学术研究为载体,以提高研究生的学术发展能力为目标,以促进研究生的全面发展和导师的学术发展为价值追求的新型研究生培养模式,转变了师生局限的“教”与“学”关系,解决当前医学院校基础学科外延的持续扩展、招生规模不断扩大、培养定位的多元化倾向等新问题,提高基础医学专业研究生的培养质量,为向国家输入具有科研创新思维的医学人才提供保障。
With the rapid development of basic medicine,the traditional supervision mode is no longer suitable for the cultivation of postgraduate students of basic medicine,due to the sameness of supervision.Supervisor-postgraduate community is a new cultivation mode of postgraduate students,with academic research as the carrier,and the goal is to improve the academic ability in postgraduate students and promote the academic development of supervisors as well.This model can overcome the limitations on both supervisors and postgraduate students and satisfy the new needs of medical colleges:continuous extension of basic disciplines,ever-increasing enrollment,and diversified cultivation programs.Therefore,this new model can improve the training quality of basic medical postgraduate students and cultivate the medical talents with innovative thinking of scientific research for our country.
