摘要
星链(Starlink)是由美国SpaceX公司于2015年提出的低轨卫星互联网星座项目,计划通过在近地轨道部署4.2万颗小卫星,为全球任何地方用户提供类似光缆的宽带低时延互联网接入及通信服务。本文通过对星链计划的内容和发展现状进行分析,梳理了星链计划成本低、覆盖广、速度快等特点,探讨了星链计划对我国信息网络主权、违法犯罪活动、军事、轨道频率等方面的影响,最后提出了应对建议。
Starlink is a low-orbit satellite Internet constellation project proposed by SpaceX of the United States in 2015.It plans to deploy 42,000 small satellites in low-earth orbit to provide users anywhere in the world with broadband and low latency similar to optical cables.Internet access and communication services.This article analyzes the content and development status of the Starlink project,sorts out the characteristics of the Starlink project such as low cost,wide coverage,and fast speed,and discusses the Starlink project’s impact on my country’s information network sovereignty,illegal and criminal activities,military affairs,orbital frequency,etc.effects,and finally put forward countermeasures.
