摘要
贻贝蛋白对不同基材表面都具备优异的黏附能力。研究表明,将贻贝蛋白的功能元-邻苯二酚基团引入到合成高分子中(仿贻贝蛋白聚合物)可有效模拟贻贝蛋白的功能特性。利用这种功能特性,通过在仿贻贝蛋白聚合物中引入防污组分可实现对不同基材的普适性强力黏附,是当前防污涂层领域中的研究热点之一。文中以仿贻贝蛋白聚合物的主链骨架的类型为主线,综述了近年来国内外仿贻贝蛋白聚合物在防污涂层中的应用进展,以期为研究人员探索新型的功能化贻贝仿生材料提供有益的借鉴和参考。
Mussel foot proteins(Mfps)are well known for their strong adhesive properties on different substrate surfaces.Studies have shown that the functional properties of Mfps could be effectively simulated by introducing catechol groups into synthetic polymers(mussel-inspired polymers).By incorporating the antifouling components into synthetic polymers,a new research area called mussel-inspired antifouling coatings has become the focus of academic,aiming at achieving universal and strong adhesion to different substrates.Here,the recent progress of mussel-inspired polymers in antifouling coatings was summarized,which are categorized according to the types of main chain structures.In detail,the development process and design thoughts of mussel-inspired antifouling coatings were systematically summarized.By studying the relationship between the molecular structure and antifouling properties of biomimetic materials,it is hoped to provide some helpful guides for the design and synthesis of new functional mussel-inspired materials.
