摘要
鉴于量子点(QDs)丰富的特性和光电化学(PEC)传感技术的双重优势,将基于量子点的PEC传感器用于生物样品的检测有着广阔的发展前景和巨大的潜力。为了进一步提高光电生物传感器的各项分析性能,引入具有高光电活性和生物相容性的量子点复合材料非常有必要,近年来已成为国内外研究的热点。本文在全面介绍量子点复合材料的分类、制备及界面构建方法基础上,重点综述了基于量子点复合材料的PEC传感器在生物小分子检测、酶及DNA检测、免疫分析及细胞分析等生物方面的应用研究进展,并对其前景进行了展望。
In view of abundant characteristics of quantum dots(QDs)and dual advantages of photoelectrochemical(PEC)sensing technology,the application of PEC sensors based on QDs has broad prospects and great potential in detection of biological samples.In order to further improve the analytical performance of photoelectric biosensors,it is necessary to introduce QDs composites with high photoelectric activity and biocompatibility,which has become a research hotspot all over the world in recent years.Based on a comprehensive introduction of the classification,preparation and interface construction methods of QDs composites,application research progress of PEC sensors based on QDs composites in biological small molecule detection,enzyme and DNA detection,immunoassay and cell analysis are focused on,and the prospects are forecasted.
