基于温度传感器的可穿戴呼吸检测装置研究

摘要 呼吸作为维持机体正常工作的基本生理活动,在临床上是评价身体状态的重要生理指标。本文利用温度传感器检测鼻腔周围呼吸气流的温度变化获取呼吸信号,设计了一种可穿戴呼吸检测装置。实验对比研究了鼻腔周围不同位置的检测结果,得到最佳检测位置处于口鼻之间区域的中上部。在正常呼吸下,该系统获得呼吸频率与手动计数的均方根误差(RMSE)为0.63,95%置信区间为[-1.54,0.87]。在快速呼吸下,检测极限达到30次/min,可以实现呼吸过速的检测。对于呼吸衰竭、呼吸暂停和深呼吸测量结果都表现出明显的差异特征,表明该装置具有用于临床呼吸监护的应用前景。 As a basic physiological activity to maintain body homeostasis,respiration is an important physiological index to evaluate physical status in clinical diagnosis.A temperature sensor is used to detect the temperature change of airflow around the nasal cavity to obtain breathing signals,a wearable breathing detection device is designed.The experiment is carried out to compare the detection results of different positions around the nasal cavity,showing that the middle-upper part between the nose and mouth is the best detection position for obtaining the respiratory signal.Under normal breathing,the root mean square error(RMSE)between the respiratory rate(RR)obtained by the system and manual counting is 0.63 with a 95%confidence interval of[-1.54,0.87].The detection limit reaches 30 times per minute for rapid breathing,which can realize the detection of tachypnea.For respiratory failure,apnea and deep breathing,the measurement results show obvious different characteristics,exhibiting that the device has great application prospects for clinical respiratory monitoring.
