摘要
PET/CT是一种结合功能影像和结构影像为一体的新型无创检查。影像组学作为新型技术分析影像上病变区域体素灰度的分布和关系,深层次的定量评估肿瘤异质性,解释肿瘤的分子表型。^(18)F-FDG PET/CT影像组学已应用于非小细胞肺癌病理诊断、基因表型与突变的预测、疗效评价与监测、预后预测等。本文对^(18)F-FDG PET/CT影像组学在预测非小细胞肺癌病理类型中的研究进展进行综述。
PET/CT is a new non-invasive examination technology that combines functional imaging and structural imaging.As a new technology,radiomics analyzes the distribution and relationship of voxel gray levels in the lesion areas on the images,quantitatively evaluates the heterogeneity of tumors in a deep level,and explains the molecular phenotype of tumors.The application of ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT radiomics in the pathological diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer,prediction of gene phenotype and mutation,efficacy evaluation and monitoring,and prognosis prediction,this article reviews the research progress of ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT radiomics in predicting the pathological types of non-small cell lung cancer.
