摘要
白细胞介素-10(IL-10)是抗炎细胞因子,近年来,大量研究显示IL-10兼具免疫刺激和免疫抑制的双重作用。本文分析了IL-10发挥双重免疫调节作用的机制与主要抗炎作用通路,综述了IL-10在炎性疾病中的治疗潜力及IL-10的药物开发方向。
Interleukin-10(IL-10)is an anti-inflammatory cytokine,and in recent years,a large number of studies have shown that IL-10 has the dual role of immunostimulation and immunosuppression.This article analyzes the mechanism of the dual immunoregulatory role of IL-10 and the main anti-inflammatory pathways of IL-10 and reviews the therapeutic potential of IL-10 in inflammatory diseases and the future direction for drug development.
