摘要 随着物质生活水平的逐步提高,人们对精神陪伴的需求与日俱增,作为伴侣动物,宠物在日常生活中往往扮演了家人、朋友的角色,越来越受欢迎。开发生产能保障宠物健康的功能性宠物食品成为人们关注的热点。二甲基砜(methylsulfonylmethane,MSM)是一种广泛存在于自然界中的含硫有机物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等生物学功能,还具有保护关节、滋养皮肤和促进毛发健康等多种生理功能,对于维持机体健康具有重要作用。文章对二甲基砜的生物学功能及其在宠物营养研究和产品中的应用情况进行综述,以期为后续相关科学研究提供参考。 With the gradual improvement of material living standard of people,the demand for companion⁃ship is increasing.As companion animals,pets often play the role of family members and friends in daily life and become more and more popular.It has become a popular research attention of the development and production of functional pet food to protect the health of pets.Methylsulfonylmethane(MSM)is a sul⁃fur-containing organic matter naturally occurring in nature,which has many biological functions such as anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor,as well as physiological functions such as joint protec⁃tion,skin nourishment and hair care,and is widely used in health products.It plays an important role in maintaining body health.This article reviews the biological functions of methylsulfonylmethane and its application in pet nutrition research and products,so as to provide reference for the subsequent research of scientists.
