双向锚贴型钢-混凝土组合加固空心板桥技术应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 以温州大桥引桥加固工程为例,针对装配式空心板桥部分铰缝损伤引起的单板受力问题,提出了双向锚贴型钢-混凝土组合加固的方案。设计在损伤较为严重的空心板底部跨铰缝锚贴U型钢混组合纵梁,并在U型钢混组合纵梁的首尾与跨中处锚贴矩形钢混组合横梁,形成纵横双向的加固体系设计方案,并建立了加固前后的全桥有限元实体模型,对加固设计方案的有效性进行了分析和试验验证。最后,将所提加固方案与常规锚贴型钢-混凝土组合加固进行了综合对比,结果表明:双向锚贴型钢-混凝土组合加固效果良好,加固后空心板桥板间传力得到了有效恢复。 Aiming at the stress problem of single slab caused by partial hinge joint damage of assembled hollow slab bridge,based on the approach bridge reinforcement project of Wenzhou Bridge,the targeted scheme of two-way anchoring shaped steel and concrete composite reinforcement was proposed.Firstly,it was designed to anchor the U-shaped reinforced concrete composite longitudinal beams at the hinge joint at the bottom of the seriously damaged hollow slabs,and anchor the rectangular reinforced concrete composite crossbeams at the head,tail and mid span of the U-shaped reinforced concrete composite longitudinal beams to form a vertical and horizontal two-way reinforcement system design scheme.Then,the finite element solid model of the whole bridge before and after reinforcement was established,the effectiveness of the reinforcement design scheme was analyzed,and combined with the static load test before and after reinforcement was carried out to check the reinforcement effect of the proposed method.Finally,a comprehensive comparative analysis was conducted between the proposed reinforcement scheme and the conventional anchor shaped steel and concrete composite reinforcement.The results show that the reinforcement effect of two-way shaped steel and concrete composite reinforcement was very well,and the force transfer between hollow slab bridges has been effectively restored after reinforcement.
