摘要 为探讨高速公路桥梁预应力混凝土连续刚构桥施工,结合铜川至黄陵高速公路TH-C02标段工程实例,立足沮河特大桥预应力混凝土连续刚构桥施工的重难点,分析了相应的解决措施和应用效果。结果表明,高速公路桥梁预应力混凝土连续刚构桥是一种新型的桥梁工程施工形式,可有效解决传统钢筋混凝土桥梁跨度小、裂缝多、施工质量难以控制等一系列问题,结合工程特点和重难点,做好0#梁段和挂篮施工,波纹管安装,以及预应力施工等要点的把控,有利于提升施工效率和质量,打造高品质、高质量的高速公路桥梁工程项目。 In order to discuss the construction of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge in expressway,combining with the case of TH-C02 section of Tongchuan to Huangling Expressway,based on the key and difficult points in the construction of Juhe Bridge,the corresponding solutions and application effects are analyzed.The results show that the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge in highway is a new construction form of bridge engineering,which can effectively solve a series of problems such as small span,many cracks and difficult construction quality control of traditional reinforced concrete bridge.Combining with the characteristics and difficulties of the project,the control of key points such as 0#beam section construction,hanging bucket construction,bellows installation and prestressed construction is done well.It is conducive to improving the construction efficiency and quality,and creating a highway bridge engineering project with high-quality.
