技术知识流动视角下职业教育课程的哲学省思与体系建构 被引量:4

摘要 实现职业教育课程与职业技能标准有效对接是促进职业教育和职业世界有效衔接、增强职业技术教育适应性的关键环节。立足技术知识论视角,职业教育课程作为技术知识的组织形式,是技术知识流动重要载体,而职业技能标准是面向具体职业岗位的技术知识体系,因此,技术知识流动是实现职业教育课程体系和职业技能标准有效对接的底层逻辑。从技术知识体系的组成结构和技术知识流动的实现路径两个方面,分别建构了包含理论性课程、分解性课程、整合性课程和伦理性课程的多类型职业教育课程结构体系,包含岗位通识课程、职业特定课程、行业通用课程和核心素养课程的进阶式职业教育课程内容体系,系统搭建了对接职业技能标准的职业教育课程体系架构。 Effective integration between vocational education curriculum and vocational skill standards is a key link in promoting the effective connection between vocational education and the vocational world,and enhancing the adaptability of vocational and technical education.Based on the perspective of technical knowledge,the vocational education curriculum,as an organizational form of technical knowledge,is an important carrier of technical knowledge flow.Meanwhile,vocational skill standards are technical knowledge systems oriented towards specific occupational positions.Therefore,technical knowledge flow is the underlying logic for the effective integration of the vocational education curriculum system and vocational skill standards.From the aspects of the composition structure of technical knowledge system and the implementation path of technical knowledge flow,this study constructs a multi-type vocational education curriculum structure system,which includes theoretical courses,decomposed courses,integrated courses,and ethical courses.The system also includes advanced vocational education curriculum content system,which contains job-specific courses,industry-common courses,and core competency courses.The study systematically builds the vocational education curriculum system architecture that connects with vocational skill standards.
