摘要
同群效应是一种有效影响组织内个体行为的重要理论,对于职业院校教师教学创新团队能力建设具有很强的解释力。根据同群效应理论,目前职业院校教师教学创新团队还存在着教师个体创新能力不足、团队凝聚力不强、平台建设不健全、制度建设不完善等问题。鉴于此,提升职业院校教师教学创新团队创新能力需要提高个体能力水平,增强同群效应的发生基础;加强团队关系强度,提高同群效应的发生频率;健全校企交流平台,提升同群效应的影响高度;完善利益分配制度,确保同群效应的稳定发生。
Peer effect is an important theory that effectively affects individual behavior within organizations.It has a strong explanatory power for the construction of innovative ability of teaching innovation teams in vocational colleges.According to this theory,there are still problems such as insufficient individual innovation ability of teachers,weak team cohesion,incomplete platform construction,and imperfect system construction in the current teaching innovation teams of vocational colleges.For better improvement,it first needs to improve individual ability levels and enhance the basis for the occurrence of peer effect.Second,strengthening the intensity of team relationships and increasing the frequency of peer effect occurrence.Third,improving the school-enterprise communication platform and enhancing the influence of peer effect.Fourth,improving the system of interest distribution to ensure the stable occurrence of peer effect.
