The governance of high-level higher vocational education institutions and disciplines construction plan at the provincial level is a key guarantee for the construction of this project and an important content of the development strategy of provincial higher vocational education.Examining the governance practice,it finds that each province has formulated a strategic positioning to promote high-quality economic development,enhance vocational education governance capabilities,and highlight the effectiveness of higher vocational education.They have shaped a logical framework of governance concepts,governance entities,governance resources,and governance mechanisms.Looking ahead,each province will inevitably summarize their own governance experience,reflect on existing problems,establish a long-term effective concept,optimize the provincial governance target vision,solidify the foundation of interest ties,deepen the cooperation of provincial governance entities,strengthen local institutional innovation,increase the supply of provincial governance resources,effectively implement coupling internal and external symbiotic mechanisms,and highlight the characteristics of provincial governance patterns to promote the modernization of the governance system of provincial higher vocational education and achieve high-quality development.
