知信行健康教育对无乳链球菌感染孕妇的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨知信行健康教育联合预见性护理对孕晚期无乳链球菌感染的护理作用及母婴结局的影响。方法:本次研究纳入2018年3月-2020年5月孕晚期无乳链球菌感染孕妇200例为对象,进行随机-对照分组。对照组(100例)予以常规健康教育;联合组(100例)予以知信行健康教育联合预见性护理。干预前后评价两组孕妇焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和一般自我效能量表(GSES)和疾病不确定感量表(MUIS);评价两组孕妇的妊娠结局、新生儿结局和护理满意度。结果:联合组干预后SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组,有统计意义(t=6.832,5.888;P<0.05)。对照组孕妇胎膜早破、早产发生率(12.00%、12.00%)低于联合组(3.00%、4.00%),有统计意义(χ^(2)=5.838,4.348;P<0.05)。对照组孕妇新生儿窒息、新生儿肺炎发生率(12.00%、11.00%)高于联合组(4.00%、3.00%),有统计意义(χ^(2)=4.348,4.916;P<0.05)。联合组干预后GSES评分高于对照组,MUIS评分低于对照组,有统计意义(t=4.889,7.112;P<0.05)。结论:知信行健康教育联合预见性护理会进一步提高孕晚期无乳链球菌感染的护理效果,通过减轻心理负担,提高对本病的认知程度,可以改善母婴结局。 Objective:To explore the nursing effect of knowledge,belief and practice health education combined with predictive nursing on streptococcus agalactiae infection in the third trimester of pregnancy and the effect of maternal and infant outcomes.Methods:A total of 200 pregnant women without Streptococcus lactis infection in the third trimester of pregnancy were included in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(100 cases)was given routine health education;The combined group(100 cases)was given knowledge,belief and practice health education combined with predictive nursing.The self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS),general self-efficacy scale(GSEs)and Disease Uncertainty Scale(MUIs)were evaluated before and after intervention;The pregnancy outcome,neonatal outcome and nursing satisfaction of pregnant women in the two groups were evaluated.Results:The SAS score and SDS score of the combined group after intervention were lower than those of the control group(t=6.832,5.888;P<0.05).The incidence of premature rupture of membranes and premature delivery in the control group(12.00%,12.00%)were lower than that in the combined group(3.00%,4.00%)(χ^(2)=5.838,4.348;P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal asphyxia and neonatal pneumonia in the control group(12.00%and 11.00%)were higher than that in the combined group(4.00%and 3.00%)(χ^(2)=4.348,4.916;P<0.05).After the intervention,the GSEs score of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the MUIs score was lower than that of the control group(t=4.889,7.112;P<0.05).Conclusion:Knowledge,belief and practice health education combined with predictive nursing can further improve the nursing effect of streptococcus lactis infection in the third trimester of pregnancy.By reducing the psychological burden and improving the cognition of the disease,the maternal and infant outcome can be improved.
