家庭内同胞冲突对中学生抑郁的影响:有调节的中介模型

摘要 目的:探讨家庭内同胞冲突、同伴关系、性别对中学生抑郁的影响。方法:采用问卷法考察了3018名生活在多子女家庭中的中学生的同胞冲突、同伴关系、性别、抑郁情况,并进行了有调节的中介作用模型分析。结果:①中学生同胞冲突、同伴关系、性别、抑郁两两之间均存在显著相关,其中同胞冲突与性别(r=0.05,P<0.01)、抑郁((r=0.30,P<0.01))之间存在显著正相关,与同伴关系呈显著负相关(r=-0.27,P<0.01);同伴关系与性别(r=-0.04,P<0.01)、抑郁之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.59,P<0.01);抑郁与性别之间存在显著正相关(r=0.16,P<0.01)。②家庭内同胞冲突对中学生抑郁影响显著,同伴关系在同胞冲突与中学生抑郁之间起部分中介作用,Bootstrap检验表明中介效应显著,95%置信区间为[1.31,1.74],中介效应(1.52)占总效应(3.05)比为49.84%。③性别调节了中介模型的后半段路径,女生同伴关系对抑郁的预测效应强于男生。结论:①家庭内同胞冲突可以通过同伴关系影响中学生抑郁,同伴关系在同胞冲突与中学生抑郁之间起部分中介作用;②同伴关系与性别的交互作用影响了中学生抑郁状况,即性别调节了同伴关系对中学生抑郁中介模型的后半路径。相比于男生,女生的同伴关系对抑郁的预测效应更强。 Objective:To explore the influence of sibling conflict in family,peer relationship and gender on depression in middle school students.Methods:A total of 3018 middle school students living in multi-child families were investigated with questionnaires on sibling conflict,peer relationship,depression,and the moderated mediating effect model was analyzed.Results:①Sibling conflict,peer relationship,gender and depression were significantly correlated in middle school students,and sibling conflict was positively correlated with gender(r=0.05,P<0.01)and depression(r=0.30,P<0.01),and was negatively correlated with peer relationship(r=-0.27,P<0.01).Peer relationship was negatively correlated with gender(r=-0.04,P<0.01)and depression(r=-0.59,P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between depression and gender(r=0.16,P<0.01).②Sibling conflict in family had a signif icant impact on middle school students’depression,and peer relationship played a partial mediating role between sibling conflict and middle school students’depression.Bootstrap test showed that the mediating effect was significant,95%confidence intervals was[1.31,1.74],and the mediating effect(1.52)accounted for 49.84%of the total effect(3.05).③Gender moderated the latter half of the mediation model,and the predictive effect of peer relationship on depression was stronger in girls than in boys.Conclusion:①Sibling conflict in family can affect middle school students'depression through peer relationship,and peer relationship plays a partial mediating role between sibling conflict and middle school students'depression.②The interaction between peer relationship and gender affects the depression status of middle school students,that is,gender moderates the latter half of the mediating model between peer relationship and depression of middle school students.Peer relationships are stronger predictors of depression for girls than for boys.
