轿车汽油机使用低黏度机油的选择性分析研究

摘要 根据轿车汽油机技术特点、使用状况、排放标准和行驶里程4个方面为依据,通过道路测试比较分析汽油机使用低黏度机油与非低黏度机油对汽油机内部磨损、机油消耗量和废气污染物等技术状况的影响,找出合理选用汽油机机油黏度的使用参考指标.测试结果表明:选用低黏度机油轿车在标准环境工况下和一定里程内汽油机具有节能减排效果,当轿车汽油机环境使用工况苛刻和超出一定里程后轿车汽油机内部存在机械磨损、机油消耗和诱发早燃,建议适当增加机油黏度,避免汽油机磨损和废气污染增加. Based on the technical characteristics,service conditions,emission standards,and driving mileage of car engines,this paper compares and analyzes the technical conditions of internal wear,oil consumption,and exhaust pollutants of low-viscosity engine oil and non-low-viscosity engine oil through road tests,and finds out the use reference index of reasonable selection of gasoline engine oil viscosity.The test results show that the gasoline engine with low-viscosity oil has the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction under standard environmental conditions and within a certain mileage.When the operating conditions of the gasoline engine are harsh and beyond a certain mileage,there are mechanical wear,premature,and oil consumption in the gasoline engine.It is suggested to increase the oil viscosity appropriately to avoid the wear of the gasoline engine and the increase of exhaust pollution,which can achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
