基于相似度评价大青龙汤遵古煎煮工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 在遵古的基础上结合现代技术,优化大青龙汤煎煮工艺,为中药经典方剂的研究提供参考。方法 以古籍记载方法制备标准图谱,通过测定指纹图谱相似度以及出膏率,在单因素试验基础上,采用L9(34)正交设计试验,结合熵权法确定评价指标权重系数,进行综合评分,优化大青龙汤煎煮工艺参数并验证。结果 大青龙汤的最佳煎煮工艺为加6倍量水,煎煮1.5 h,煎煮2次,此工艺图谱与标准图谱相似度达到0.9以上。结论 基于相似度评价所得大青龙汤煎煮工艺操作简便,提取效率高,可为大青龙汤在遵古的前提下进行工业化提供理论基础。 Objective To optimize the decoction process of Daqinglong decoction on the basis of ancient way combined with modern technology,and to provide reference for the study of classic Chinese medicine formulas.Methods The standard chromatograms were prepared by the method recorded in ancient books.The similarity of fingerprint chromatograms and the extraction rate of Daqinglong decoction pieces were measured,and the comprehensive score of both was used as an evaluation indicator.The changes of the decocting time,material liquid ratio,and decocting frequency of the decoction pieces were observed and recorded.Based on single factor experiments,L9(34)orthogonal design experiment was adopted and combined with entropy weight method to determine the weight coefficients of the above evaluation indexes,in order to optimize the optimal decoction processing parameters of Daqinglong decoction pieces and verify them.Results The optimal decoction process of Daqinglong decoction was that six times the amount of water needed to be added,the decocting time was 1.5 hours,and the decocting frequency was 2 times.The similarity between the technological chromatograms and the standard chromatograms was over 0.9.Conclusion Based on similarity evaluation,the decocting process of Daqinglong decoction is easy to operate and has high extraction efficiency,which can provide the theoretical basis for industrialization of Daqinglong decoction under the premise of following the ancient way.
