戊酸雌二醇联合地屈孕酮治疗绝经期综合征的临床效果及对血脂水平的影响

Clinical effect of Estradiol Valerate combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of menopausal syndrome and the influence on blood lipid level

目的探讨戊酸雌二醇联合地屈孕酮治疗绝经期综合征的临床效果及对血脂水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年10月曲阜市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的60例绝经期综合征患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各30例。对照组应用替勃龙治疗,观察组应用戊酸雌二醇+地屈孕酮治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、血脂水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论戊酸雌二醇联合地屈孕酮治疗绝经期综合征的临床效果较好,可以调节血脂水平,临床值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Estradiol Valerate combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of menopausal syndrome and the influence on blood lipid level.Methods A total of 60 patients with menopausal syndrome admitted to Qufu Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center form January 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tibolone,and the observation group was treated with Estradiol Valerate+Dydrogesterone.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Estradiol Valerate combined with Dydrogesterone has good clinical effect in the treatment of menopausal syndrome,and can regulate the level of blood lipid,which is worthy of clinical application.
