聚焦超声治疗低级别鳞状上皮内病变的临床效果

Clinical effect of focused ultrasound in the treatment of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion

目的探讨聚焦超声治疗低级别鳞状上皮内病变的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月临沂市中心医院收治的80例低级别鳞状上皮内病变患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组及试验组,每组各40例。参照组采用保妇康栓剂进行治疗,试验组在参照组的基础上采用聚焦超声疗法,比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组临床有效率高于参照组,复发率低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论聚焦超声治疗低级别鳞状上皮内病变的临床效果显著,能够提升临床有效率,降低复发率,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of focused ultrasound in the treatment of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion.Methods A total of 80 patients with low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into reference group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Baofukang Suppository,and the experimental group was treated with focused ultrasound therapy on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of focused ultrasound in the treatment of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion is significant,which can improve the clinical effective rate and reduce the recurrence rate with high safety.
