急性白血病患儿血清铁调素水平表达及其与铁代谢的相关性

Expression of serum fermodulin in children with acute leukemia and its correlation with iron metabolism

目的分析急性白血病患儿血清铁调素水平表达及其与铁代谢的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月在淄博市淄川区医院就诊的急性白血病患儿86例作为观察组,选取同期健康体检的42例儿童为对照组,比较两组血清铁调素水平及相关铁代谢指标,并分析血清铁调素与铁代谢指标的相关性。结果观察组血清铁调素、铁蛋白(Fn)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),转铁蛋白(TRF)和总铁结合力(TIBC)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。对血清铁调素和铁代谢指标展开相关性分析,结果显示,血清铁调素与Fn呈正相关,与TRF、TIBC呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论急性白血病患儿血清铁调素水平有明显升高现象,且血清铁调素和Fn呈正相关,与TRF、TIBC呈负相关。

Objective To analyze the expression of serum fermodulin and its correlation with iron metabolism in children with acute leukemia.Methods A total of 86 children with acute leukemia who were hospitalized in Zibo Zichuan District Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 42 healthy children who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum fermodulin level and related iron metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between serum fermodulin and iron metabolism indexes was analyzed.Results The serum fermodulin and ferritin(Fn)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and transferrin(TRF)and total iron binding capacity(TIBC)levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis of serum fermodulin and iron metabolism indexes was conducted,and the results showed that serum fermodulin was positively correlated with Fn and negatively correlated with TRF and TIBC(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum fermodulin level in children with acute leukemia is significantly increased,and the serum fermodulin is positively correlated with Fn,and is negatively correlated with TRF and TIBC.
