小剂量托吡酯联合奥卡西平治疗儿童癫痫的效果

Effect of low-dose Topiramate combined with Oxcarbazepine inthe treatment of epilepsy in children

目的探讨小剂量托吡酯联合奥卡西平治疗儿童癫痫的效果。方法选取2020年8月至2022年7月陕西省韩城市妇幼保健院收治的86例癫痫患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)和研究组(43例)。对照组采用奥卡西平治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合小剂量托吡酯治疗。比较两组临床疗效、癫痫发作频率、发作持续时间及不良反应总发生率。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组癫痫发作频率少于对照组,发作持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论癫痫患儿应用小剂量托吡酯联合奥卡西平治疗效果确切,可有效抑制癫痫发作,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose Topiramate combined with Oxcarbazepine in the treatment of epilepsy in children.Methods A total of 86 children with epilepsy admitted to Shaanxi Hancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(43 cases)and the study group(43 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Oxcarbazepine,and the study group was treated with low-dose Topiramate on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,seizure frequency and duration,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of seizures in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of seizures in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Topiramate combined with Oxcarbazepine in children with epilepsy is accurate,can effectively inhibit epileptic seizures with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
