度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗女性焦虑症的临床效果比较

Comparison of clinical effects of Duloxetine and Paroxetine in the treatment of female anxiety disorder

目的比较度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗女性焦虑症的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月山东省邹城市精神卫生中心收治的80例女性焦虑症患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组采用度洛西汀治疗。比较两组焦虑症状、强迫行为及治疗效果。结果治疗1周、治疗2周、治疗4周后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、耶鲁-布朗强迫量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于女性焦虑症的治疗,度洛西汀较帕罗西汀具有更好的临床效果,可显著改善患者焦虑症状及强迫行为。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of Duloxetine and Paroxetine in the treatment of female anxiety disorder.Methods From January to December 2022,80 female patients with anxiety disorder admitted to Zoucheng Mental Health Center of Shandong Province were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Paroxetine,and the observation group was treated with Duloxetine.The anxiety symptoms,compulsive behavior and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results One week,two weeks and four weeks after treatment,the scores of Hamilton anxiety rating scale and Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive scale in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of female anxiety disorder,Duloxetine has better therapeutic effect than Paroxetine,which can significantly improve patients’anxiety symptoms and compulsive behavior.
