消旋卡多曲联合双歧杆菌四联活菌及蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床效果

Clinical effect of Racecadotril combined with Bifidobacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria and Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children

目的探讨消旋卡多曲联合双歧杆菌四联活菌及蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2018年11月至2023年1月莱阳市妇幼保健院收治的120例急性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各60例。对照组采用双歧杆菌四联活菌+蒙脱石散治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合消旋卡多曲治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、炎症因子水平及免疫功能。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组临床症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组炎症因子水平及免疫功能均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消旋卡多曲联合双歧杆菌四联活菌及蒙脱石散用于小儿急性腹泻的治疗,可快速改善患儿临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,改善免疫功能,具有较好的治疗效果及安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Racecadotril combined with Bifidobacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria and Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 120 children with acute diarrhea admitted to Laiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2018 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria+Montmorillonite Powder,and the experimental group was treated with Racecadotril on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,levels of inflammatory factors and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and immune function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Racecadotril combined with Bifidobacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria and Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children can rapidly improve clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve immune function,with good therapeutic effect and safety.
