分阶段健康教育联合舒适护理在妊娠糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of staged health education combined with comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨分阶段健康教育联合舒适护理在妊娠糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年10月菏泽市牡丹人民医院收治的80例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用分阶段健康教育联合舒适护理。比较两组血糖水平、分娩方式及不良妊娠结局总发生率。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者实施分阶段健康教育联合舒适护理有利于患者有效控制血糖,可提高自然分娩率、降低不良妊娠结局发生风险,值得临床借鉴和推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of staged health education combined with comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From May 2021 to October 2022,80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to People’s Hospital of Mudan,Heze were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received staged health education combined with comfort nursing.The blood glucose level,delivery mode and the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of natural childbirth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged health education combined with comfort nursing for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus is beneficial to effectively control blood glucose,improve the rate of natural childbirth and reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of clinical reference and p romotion.
