系统健康教育在慢性支气管炎患儿护理中的应用

Application of systematic health education in the nursing of children with chronic bronchitis

目的探讨系统健康教育在慢性支气管炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选择济宁市第三人民医院2020年3月至2021年6月收治的78例慢性支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与参照组,每组各39例。参照组给予常规护理,研究组给予系统健康教育,比较两组疾病相关知识知晓率、住院时间、依从性及护理满意度。结果研究组疾病相关知识知晓率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组总依从率、总满意率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组住院时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论系统健康教育应用在慢性支气管炎患儿护理中,可提高疾病相关知识知晓率、依从性及护理满意度,缩短住院时间。

Objective To explore the application effect of systematic health education in children with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 78 children with chronic bronchitis admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Jining from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and reference group,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given systematic health education.The awareness rate of disease-related knowledge,hospitalization time,compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of disease-related knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate and total satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that i n the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic health education in the nursing of children with chronic bronchitis can improve the awareness rate of disease-related knowledge,compliance and nursing satisfaction,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
