“三会一课”模式推进科室质量与安全管理规范化建设

目前党建与业务“两张皮”问题仍是制约医院高质量发展的难题。“三会一课”是指党支部委员会会议、党员大会、党小组会和党课,是提高党的创造力凝聚力、战斗力的重要途径。借鉴党建“三会一课”制度建立临床业务科室质量与安全管理节奏,可以凸显党建引领业务,实现协同效应,使科室质量管理活动进一步规范,提升科室质量与安全管理小组解决问题的能力与效率,提高管理效能,营造良好的安全文化氛围,是提升医院质量与安全管理水平的创新性举措。

At present,the problem of“two skins”of Party construction and business is still a difficult problem restricting the high quality development of hospitals.“Three sessions and one lesson”refers to Party branch committee sessions,Party members’congresses,group sessions and Party lessons,which is an important way to improve the Party’s creativity,cohesion and combat effectiveness.Learning from the“three sessions and one lesson”system of Party construction to establish the quality and safety management rhythm of clinical business departments can highlight the leading business of Party construction,realize the synergistic effect,further standardize the quality management activities of the department,improve the ability and efficiency of the department quality and safety management team to solve problems,improve the management efficiency,and create a good safety culture atmosphere.It is an innovative measure to improve the quality and safety management level of h ospitals.
