高级护理人员开展公共卫生精细化管理实践

针对公共卫生事件的发生,如何在医疗系统内部开展公共卫生精细化管理,是目前亟待解决的重要问题。高级护理人员应明确公共卫生事件精细化管理的工作方向,严格遵循精细化管理制度规范,不断完善疾病防护流程及细节,提升高级护理人员的专业水平,以组建专业能力更强的高级护理团队,不断深化现代医疗卫生体制改革。本文阐述高级护理人员开展公共卫生精细化管理的重要性,结合高级护理人员在精细化管理过程中的现状进行分析,针对人力资源管理不到位、精细化管理机制不健全、护理操作流程不规范、监督职能缺失等问题提出合理化应对策略,以期提升高级护理人员的精细化管理水平。

In view of the occurrence of public health events,how to carry out the refined management of public health within the medical system is an important problem to be solved urgently.Senior nursing staff should clarify the work direction of refined management of public health events,strictly follow the refined management system specifications,constantly improve the disease protection process and details,improve the professional level of senior nursing staff,in order to build a senior nursing team with stronger professional ability,and constantly deepen the reform of modern medical and health system.This article expounds the importance of senior nursing staff to carry out the refined management of public health,combined with the current situation of senior nursing staff in the refined management process of analysis,for human resource management is not in place,refined management mechanism is not perfect,nursing operation process is not standardized,supervision function is missing and other problems put forward reasonable countermeasures,in order to improve the level of refined manag ement of senior nursing staff.
