摘要
目的探讨特殊工作环境下海军官兵疲劳状况及其影响因素。方法采用自编一般资料调查表、疲劳量表(fatigue scale-14,FS-14)、一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)和应激感受量表(perceived stress scale,PSS)对795名特殊工作环境下的海军官兵进行问卷调查。结果特殊工作环境下海军官兵疲劳量表评分为(5.73±3.74)分,39.12%(311/795)的官兵出现疲劳症状,官兵疲劳总分高于中国成人常模(t=1.75,P=0.08,边缘显著),高于海军陆勤人员(t=40.67,P<0.01)。身份类别、服役年限、应激感受对疲劳有正向预测作用,一般自我效能感对疲劳有负向预测作用。结论特殊工作环境下海军官兵疲劳状况较严重,身份类别、年龄、服役年限、一般自我效能感、应激感受是影响官兵疲劳程度的重要因素。
Objective To explore the fatigue status of naval personnel in special working environment and its influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was performed among the 795 naval personnel in special working environment by using the self‑made general data survey form,the fatigue scale(FS‑14),the general self‑efficacy scale(GSES)and the perceived stress scale(PSS).Results The naval personnel in special working environment with the fatigue scale scores of 5.73±3.74,and 39.12%(31/795)displayed fatigue symptoms.The total fatigue scores of the naval personnel were higher than those of the Chinese adult norm(t=1.75,P=0.08,marginally significant).Identity classification,service years and stress sensation had a significant positive prediction effect on fatigue,while general self‑efficacy had a significant negative prediction effect on fatigue.Conclusion The fatigue of naval personnel in special working environment is relatively serious,and identity classification,age,service years,sensation of general selfefficacy and stress are important factors affecting fatigue of naval personnel.
