医院船批量创伤伤员护理依赖性量表的编制及其信效度检验

Development and psychometric evaluation of nursing dependency assessment scale for batches of casualty care onboard the hospital ship

目的编制医院船批量创伤伤员护理依赖性量表。方法通过理论研究、文献研究、焦点人物访谈、专家咨询分析,构建包含15个条目的护理依赖性初试量表。共纳入537例伤员,其中对258例伤员进行项目分析、探索性因子分析、信效度检验,对279例伤员进行验证性因子分析。结果医院船批量创伤伤员护理依赖性量表共有3个维度,分别为日常生活能力、生理指标和心理及安全,累积方差解释量为74.88%,量表的总Cronbach’sα系数为0.92,量表信度为0.87,预测效度为0.64。结论医院船批量创伤伤员护理依赖性量表具有较高的信效度,可作为战时医院船伤员和灾害应急医学救援护理需求评估的测评工具。

Objective To develop the nursing dependency assessment scale for batches of casualty care onboard the hospital ship.Methods Through the approaches of theoretical research,literature research,focused prominent person interview,expert consultation and analysis,the nursing dependence preliminary scale containing 15 items was developed.A total of 537 intured individuals were included,tests were performed in item analyses,exploratory factor analyses,as well as reliability and validity in 258 patients,and confirmatory factor analysis was performed in 279 patients as well.Results In the scale,there were 3 dimensions,including daily life ability,physiology,psychology and safety.The cumulative variance interpretation was 74.88%,the Cronbach coefficient of the total scale was 0.92,the inter‑rater reliability was 0.87,and the prediction validity was 0.64.Conclusion The nursing dependency assessment scale has relatively high reliability and validity for batches of casualty care onboard the hospital ship,and could be used as an assessment tool to assess nursing needs of casualties onboard the hospital ship at time of war,and the care of victims in disasterous emergency medical assistance.
