摘要
以聚苯硫醚树脂为原料,通过熔喷工艺生产聚苯硫醚非织造布,并对其相关性能进行测试,同时对该产品进行热轧处理,讨论热轧工艺对其性能的影响。热轧后的聚苯硫醚熔喷非织造布的拉伸强力变化不大,但是撕裂强力明显降低。
Polyphenylene sulfide resin was used as raw material to produce polyphenylene sulfide nonwovens by melt-blown process,and its related properties were measured.The product was hot rolled,and the influence of hot rolling process on its performance was discussed.After the hot rolling,the tensile strength of the polyphenylene sulfide melt blown nonwoven fabric does not change much,but the tear strength significantly decreases.
