摘要
针对国家就沥青搅拌设备环保排放限值和超低排放提出的要求,从纤维匹配、结构优化、纤维预混技术升级及滤料加固技术优化等方面对常规芳纶针刺滤料进行改进和优化,制得一种新型针刺滤料。从物理性能、过滤孔径、耐磨性能、动态过滤性能等方面进行技术验证,得出新型针刺滤料的相关性能在理论条件下可以满足超低排放要求。后续在沥青搅拌设备配套除尘器上进行使用验证,结果显示,在超出理论要求的过滤风速条件下仍可满足超低排放的使用要求。研究可为相关行业提供环保升级改造案例及数据依据。
In view of the national requirements for environmental protection emission limits and ultra-low emissions of asphalt mixing equipment,a new type of needled filter material was prepared by improving and optimizing the conventional aramid needled filter materials in terms of fiber matching,structure optimization,fiber premixing technology upgrading and filter material reinforcement technology optimization.Through the technical verification from the physical properties,filter aperture,wear resistance,dynamic filtration performance simulation test,it is concluded that the performance of the new needled filter material could meet the ultra-low emission requirements under theoretical conditions.The results show that the new needle filter material could can meet the requirements of ultra-low emission under theoretical conditions,even if the filter speed exceeds the theoretical requirements.The study can provide environmental protection upgrading cases and data basis for related industries.
