D-二聚体、超敏C反应蛋白、脂蛋白a检测与冠心病早期诊断的关联性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究分析D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)及脂蛋白a[Lipoprotein a,Lp(a)]测定与冠心病早期诊断的关联性。方法将2020年5月至2021年12月到医院诊治的67例冠心病患者列为研究组,另外抽取同时间段内到医院健康体检的67例受检者纳入对照组,两组均接受D-D、hs-CRP及Lp(a)检测。对比分析两组的检测结果。结果在D-D、hs-CRP及Lp(a)水平上,研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05);轻度病情组低于中度病情组、重度病情组(P<0.05);轻度病情组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论D-D、hs-CRP及Lp(a)用于冠心病的早期诊断效果显著,有利于反映患者的冠脉病变程度,为疾病诊断及治疗方案的制定提供依据,临床可进一步推广应用。 Objective To study and analyze the association of D-dimer(D-D),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and lipoprotein A[Lp(a)]with the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods 67 patients with coronary heart disease who visited our hospital from May,2020 to December,2021 were included as the research group,while 67 normal person who visited the hospital during the same time period were included in the control group.Both groups received D-D,hs-CRP and Lp(a)tests.The test results of the two groups were analyzed for comparison.Results Levels of D-D,hs-CRP and Lp(a)were higher in the research group than the control group(P<0.05).For levels of D-D,hs-CRP,and Lp(a),the mild disease group was lower than that in the moderate disease group and the severe disease group(P<0.05).For levels of D-D,hs-CRP and Lp(a),the mild disease group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion D-D,hs-CRP and Lp(a)are effective in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease,which is beneficial to reflect the degree of coronary disease in patients,which can provide a reference basis for disease diagnosis and treatment plan,and can be further applied in clinical practice.
