国际中文教师智能素养指标体系的构建、实证及优化 被引量:3

摘要 在世纪疫情与人工智能赋能教育交织叠加的背景下,国际中文教育面临前所未有的机遇与挑战,提升国际中文教师的核心素养势在必行。研究提出国际中文教师的智能素养,将智能素养的内在意蕴解析为内外协作的五大模块,即智能意识、智能知识、智能能力、智能伦理、智能保障,围绕五大模块构建国际中文教师智能素养指标体系,同时展开实证研究。调查结果显示:国际中文教师智能意识、智能伦理普遍处于中等偏上水平,但智能知识、智能能力欠缺,智能保障明显不足。基于此,特别提出应从理念引航、角色重塑、环境创设、多元激励、多方联动五个维度探索国际中文教师智能素养的提升路径,逐步推动国际中文教师智能素养行业标准落地,为新时代国际中文教师教育的全视域、多维度、智能化发展提供逻辑体系与实践理路。 Against the interweaving and overlapping backdrop of the pandemic and artificial intelligence empowerment education in the 21st century,the international Chinese-language education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges,and it is imperative to enhance the core literacy of international Chinese-language teachers.This study proposes the intelligent literacy of international Chinese-language teachers,and clarifies the inherent implications of intelligent literacy into five modules of internal and external integration,namely intelligent consciousness,intelligent knowledge,intelligent ability,intelligent ethics,and intelligent support.A system of intelligent literacy indicators for international Chinese-language teachers is constructed around the five modules,and an empirical research is conducted.The survey results show that the international Chinese-language teachers'intelligent consciousness and intelligent ethics are generally above the average level.However,there is a lack of intelligent knowledge and ability,and there is a clear lack of intelligent support.Based on this,this article proposes to explore the improvement path of the intelligent literacy of the international Chinese-language teachers from five dimensions:conceptual guidance,role reconstruction,environmental creation,diversified incentives,and multi-party linkage,while gradually promoting the implementation of the professional criteria of the intelligent literacy of the international Chinese-language teachers,and providing a logical system and practical approach for the comprehensive,multi-dimensional,and intelligent development of the education of international Chinese-language teachers in the new era.
