城轨列车电动司机室侧门的控制方案

摘要 随着地铁交通技术自动化、智能化发展,传统机械控制方式的司机室侧门已经不能满足客户对智能化列车的需求,且由于现在多数地铁项目中,司机室侧门是通过手动机械的方式进行开关控制,而高频次的开关动作和司机不可控的手动推拉力,导致司机室侧门有较高的故障率,对列车运行效率和用户体验产生了很大影响。为解决机械式司机室侧门的故障问题,文章提出了一种便捷自动化的电动司机室侧门控制设计方案,分析了其控制原理及电路。 With the development of subway traffic technology automation,intelligent,the traditional mechanical control mode of the driver's cab side door has not meet the customer demand for intelligent train,and because now most of the subway project driver's cab side door is controlled by manual mechanical switch control,and switch of high frequency action and uncontrollable driver's driver side door has a high failure rate,the train running efficiency and user experience has a great influence.In order to solve the fault problem of the side door of the mechanical cab,this paper proposes a convenient and automatic control design scheme of the side door of the electric cab.This paper will introduce the function and control logic of the side door as the main content,and analyze the control principle and circuit with scientific and reasonable dialectical means.
