摘要
斜井提升机自动化控制系统的优化研究,其目的是要为矿企达成提升机更高效、更可靠的愿景,实现增产增效的目标。文章结合斜井运输的现实情况提出提升机自动化控制系统的优化思路,从控制系统结构、硬件使用、控制系统改进以及WinCC组态软件的应用来综合论述,希望能提高斜井提升机运行效率和安全性能,为提升机系统发展奠定基础。
The purpose of the optimization research on the automatic control system of inclined shaft hoists is to achieve the vision of more efficient and reliable hoists for mining enterprises,and achieve the goal of increasing production and efficiency.Based on the actual situation of inclined shaft transportation,this article proposes an optimization idea for the automatic control system of hoists,and comprehensively discusses the analysis and optimization from the control system structure,hardware usage,control system improvement,and the application of WinCC configuration software.It is hoped to improve the operational efficiency and safety performance of inclined shaft hoists,laying a foundation for the future development of new hoist systems.
