摘要
以现有的卧车床身HTC125heavy加工工艺方案为例,进行分析及验证,指出现有工艺方案的不足。然后,以希斯VMG6的床身加工工艺方案为例,进行分析及对比,根据其加工方案优点,对卧车床身HTC125heavy工艺方案进行改进,使床身的加工,在保证甚至提高精度的前提下更经济、更有效率,从而满足现在各行业对设备的精度要求。
Firstly,the existing HTC125heavy machining process plan for the sleeper bed is analyzed and validated as an example,pointing out the shortcomings of the existing process plan;Then,based on the analysis and comparison of the processing plan for the bed of Hicks VMG6,the improvement and discussion of the HTC125heavy process plan for the sleeper bed are carried out according to the advantages of the processing plan,making the processing of the bed more economical and efficient while ensuring or even improving the accuracy,thereby meeting the accuracy requirements of various industries for equipment.
