Development and Application of a Universal Closed Clamp for 330 kV Strain Insulators

为满足330 kV输电线路同种吨位型号不同生产厂家的绝缘子更换需求,根据同种吨位型号绝缘子不同钢帽结构的外型,优化组合及设计加工,研制出一套能满足同种吨位型号多个不同生产厂家绝缘子更换的专用闭式卡具。整套工具体积小、重量轻、易于安装,最后通过现场试验,证明330 kV耐张绝缘子通用型闭式卡具的通用性和安全性。

In order to meet the replacement needs of insulators from different manufacturers of the same tonnage and model for 330 kV transmission lines,a special closed clamp has been developed based on the optimized combination and design processing of the appearance of insulators of the same tonnage and different steel cap structures,which can meet the replacement needs of insulators from multiple different manufacturers of the same tonnage and model.The entire set of tools is small in size,light in weight,and easy to install.Finally,on-site experiments have proven the universality and safety of the 330 kV tension insulator universal closed clamp.
