摘要
锅炉飞灰含碳量是影响锅炉运行的重要因素,对机组总体性能有很大的影响。文章根据当前火电机组运行背景,分析了影响飞灰含碳量的主要因素,针对某电厂600 MW前后墙旋流对冲炉飞灰含碳量高的问题,提出了分磨上煤、降低煤粉细度、优化二次风配风、调整燃烧器等措施,通过两年的运行参数调整,有效降低了本单位锅炉飞灰含碳量。
The carbon content of boiler fly ash is an important factor affecting boiler operation and has a great impact on the overall performance of the unit.Based on the current operating background of thermal power units,this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the carbon content of fly ash.Aiming at the problem of high carbon content in fly ash of a 600 MW front and rear wall swirl hedge furnace in a power plant,measures such as grinding coal separately,reducing the fineness of pulverized coal,optimizing the secondary air distribution,and adjusting the burner are proposed.Through two years of operation parameter adjustment,the carbon content in fly ash of the unit's boiler is effectively reduced.
