Improvement Design of Digital Management System for Production Workshop

在科学技术更新迭代的影响下,数字化、信息化技术迅速与制造业相融合,特别是针对企业生产车间管理,已经基本实现了数字化和信息化建设,且取得了不错的实践成效。但数字化车间建设并非一朝一夕之事,配备的信息系统也各种各样,导致数据存储、共享无法有效融合。文章以某制造企业生产车间的实际情况为例,分析现有数字化管理系统的主要问题,提出了数字化管理系统的集成改善设计方案,期望打破数据差异性、重叠等问题,切实有效地保证生产车间的数字化建设。

Under the influence of scientific and technological updates and iterations,digital and information technology have rapidly merged with the manufacturing industry.Especially for enterprise production workshop management,digital and information construction has been basically achieved,and good practical results have been achieved.However,digital workshops do not happen overnight,and there are various information systems equipped,resulting in ineffective integration of data storage and sharing.Taking the actual situation of a manufacturing enterprise's production workshop as an example,this article analyzes the main problems of the existing digital management system,and proposes an integrated improvement design scheme for the digital management system.It is expected to break the problems of data differences and overlaps,and effectively ensure the digital construction of the production workshop.
