梳理了国外按病种付费医保支付方式的发展概况与典型模式,介绍了我国按病种付费医保支付方式改革实践与进展,分析了国内试点的先进经验及不足,提出了按病种付费医保支付方式改革的对策建议,为推进按病种付费医保支付方式的改革提供理论参考。

This paper reviews the development and typical mode of medical insurance payment based on classification of disease in foreign countries.It also introduces the practice and progress of medical insurance payment reform based on classification of disease in China and analyzes the advanced experience and deficiency of domestic pilots,so as to put forward countermeasures on the reform of medical insurance payment based on classification of disease and provide theoretical reference for promoting the reform of medical insurance payment based on classification of disease.
