养老专业人才培养的现实困境、需求逻辑与路径探索

Realistic Dilemma,Demand Logic and Path Exploration of Talent Cultivation for the Elderly

随着人口老龄化进程加快,近几年开设养老相关专业的高校数量增多,亟需对人才培养路径进行深入探索。基于产教融合理念和高校人才培养视角,认为当前养老专业人才培养在目标定位、产教融合与专业研究等方面存在困境,应侧重对人才培养的需求逻辑进行审视分析,并结合实践探索提炼出了“1+2+N”培养模式,以期适应未来的养老服务需求,为养老专业人才培养提供借鉴。

With the accelerated process of population aging and the increase in the number of colleges and universities offering pension related majors in recent years,it is urgent to explore the path of talentcultivation for the elderly.Based on the concept of integration of industry and education and the perspective of talent training in Colleges and universities,it is considered that there are obvious difficulties in the current training of elderly care professionals in terms of goal orientation,integration of industry and education and professional research.We should focus on the review and analysis of the demand logic of talent cultivation,and refine the"1+2+N"training idea in combination with practical exploration,in order to meet the future needs of elderly care services and provide reference for the cultivation of elderly care professionals.
