放射性核素氯化锶联合唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

Efficacy of radionuclide strontium chloride combined with zoledronic acid in treatment of malignant tumor bone metastases and its effect on patients' quality of life

摘要 目的 探讨放射性核素绿化锶(^(89)SrCl_(2))与唑来膦酸联合对恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床治疗效果及对生活质量的调节作用。方法 本次研究对象为河南省人民医院核医学科2019年1月—2022年1月收治的40例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,回顾性分析其临床资料,依据治疗方式将其分为两组,其中对照组18例单纯使用^(89)SrCl_(2)治疗,观察组22例使用^(89)SrCl_(2)联合唑来膦酸治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果 观察组总缓解率为90.91%,高于对照组的72.22%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗骨转移灶的总有效率为72.73%,高于对照组的44.44%(P<0.05);观察组疼痛缓解起效明显短于对照组,而持续时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前SF-36生活质量评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组(504.65±30.59)分,高于对照组的(440.25±26.69)分,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组体温上升2例,血钙异常2例,胃肠道反应3例,总发生率31.82%,高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论 ^(89)SrCl_(2)与唑来膦酸联合可有效减轻恶性肿瘤骨转移引起的骨痛程度,并强化对骨转移灶的治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,值得推广。 Objective Clinical investigate the efficacy of radionuclide greelstrontium(^(89)SrCl_(2)) combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of bone metastases of malignant tumors and the regulatory effect on quality of life.Methods The subjects of this study were 40 patients with bone metastasis of malignant tumor admitted to the Department of Nuclear Medicine of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to treatment methods:18 patients in the control group were treated with ^(89)SrCl_(2) alone,22 patherts in the observation group were treated with ^(89)SrCl_(2) combined with zoledronic acid.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total remission rate of observation group was 90.91%,which was higher than that of control group(72.22%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 72.73%,which was higher than that of the control group(44.44%)(P<0.05).The pain relief effect in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the duration was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The life quqlity score of SF-36 of the two groups before treatment was compared(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group(504.65±30.59) points was higher than the control group(440.25±26.69) points(P<0.05).In the observation group,there were 2 cases of increased body temperature,2 cases of abnormal blood calcium and 3 cases of gastrointestinal reaction,the total incidence of 31.82% was higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of ^(89)SrCl_(2) and zoledronic acid can effectively reduce the degree of bone pain caused by bone metastases of malignant tumors,strengthen the therapeutic effect on bone metastases,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth promoting.
