个体化前庭康复训练联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗慢性前庭综合征的疗效评价

Clinical evaluation of individual vestibular rehabilitation training combined with betastine mesylate in treatment of chronic vestibular syndrome

目的 探究对慢性前庭综合征患者使用前庭康复训练同时配合服用甲磺酸倍他司汀的临床效果。方法 选取河南省直第三人民医院2020年3月至2022年6月收治的82例慢性前庭综合征患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表分成对照组40例和观察组42例。观察组采用前庭康复训练联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,对照组仅服用甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,治疗时间均为6周。比较两组患者的临床效果。对比两组患者症状改善效果:眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)各项评分;特异性活动平衡信心量表(ABC)评分;焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量评分。结果 治疗后观察组DHI各项评分、特异性活动平衡信心量表(ABC)评分、焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量评分的改善均优于对照组。结论 对慢性前庭综合征的患者采用前庭康复训练合并甲磺酸倍他司汀药物治疗,具有积极的临床意义,可有效改善前庭功能代偿,促进平衡自信心的恢复,减轻眩晕临床的不适症状,缓解患者恐惧的情绪,提升患者生活质量,减少病情复发。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of vestibular rehabilitation training combined with betastine mesylate in patients with chronic vestibular syndrome.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic vestibular syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(42 cases) according to random number table.The observation group was treated with vestibular rehabilitation training combined with betastine mesylate tablets,while the control group was treated with betastine mesylate tablets only for 6 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Symptom improvement effects were compared between the two groups:vertigo Disability Rating Scale(DHI) scores;Specific activity Balance Confidence Scale(ABC) score;Anxiety and depression scores,quality of life scores.Results After treatment,DHI scores,specific activity balance confidence scale(ABC) scores,anxiety and depression scores,quality of life scores in observation group were better than those of control group.Conclusion Vestibular rehabilitation training combined with betastine mesylate is of positive clinical significance for patients with chronic vestibular syndrome,which can effectively improve vestibular functional compensation,promote balance confidence recovery,reduce clinical symptoms of vertigo,relieve patients' bad mood,improve patients' quality of life,and reduce disease recurrence.
