摘要
以电视播出域为例,对广播电视安全播出风险管理进行了研究。使用文献分析法和因果分析法对风险因素进行了识别,利用德尔菲法、层次分析法和风险矩阵分析法对风险因素进行了分析评价,根据评价结果提出了相应的风险应对策略和措施。该风险管理模型可以实现对风险因素的有效管理,为广播电视安全播出提供有力保障。
This paper takes the TV broadcast domain as an example to study the risk management of broadcast TV security.The risk factors are identified by literature analysis and causal analysis,and the risk factors are analyzed and evaluated by Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and risk matrix analysis,and corresponding risk coping strategies and measures are put forward according to the evaluation results.The risk management model can realize the effective management of risk factors and provide a strong guarantee for the safe broadcasting of radio and television.
