PICC相关性血栓研究的文献计量学及可视化分析

Bibliometric and Visual Analysis of PICC Related Thrombosis Studies

目的运用文献计量学对中国PICC相关性血栓领域的研究现状、热点及发展趋势进行分析。方法以中国知网(CNKI)数据库为数据源,运用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件对文献中作者、机构及关键词等内容进行知识图谱分析。结果PICC相关性血栓研究文献自2000年开始呈现上升的趋势;作者发文数量偏低,核心团队数目较少,相关机构之间缺乏有效合作;关键词聚类分析共获得12个聚类;关键词共现时区图显示危险因素是本领域研究的热点。结论PICC相关性血栓研究20余年来取得较大的进展,但是亦存在诸多不足,当促进研究者及机构之间的跨区域合作交流,构建并设计智能化的PICC相关性血栓风险评估工具,促进中西医之间的协同合作研究,进而促进本研究领域科学化、多元化的健康发展。

Objective To analyze the research status,hotspot and development trend of PICC-related thrombosis in China by literature metrology.Methods Using CNKI database as data source,VOSviewer and CiteSpace software were used to analyze the knowledge graph of authors,institutions and keywords in literature.Results The literature on PICC-related thrombosis has been increasing since 2000.The number of authors published is low,the number of core teams is small,and there is no effective cooperation between relevant institutions.A total of 12 clusters were obtained by keyword clustering analysis.Keywords common area map shows that risk factors are the hot spot in this field.Conclusion PICC correlation thrombosis research more than 20 years to achieve greater progress,but there are also some shortcomings,when promote cross-regional cooperation and communication between researchers and institutions,the design of intelligent building and PICC correlation thrombosis risk assessment tool,promote the collaboration between Chinese and western medicine research,and promote the healthy development of the scientific research field,diversity.
