基于瘀水同病理论探讨原发性膜性肾病高凝状态

Discussion on the Hypercoagulable State of Primary Membranous Nephropathy Based on the Theory of Blood-water Stasis

原发性膜性肾病是临床上常见的肾小球疾病,高凝状态作为原发性膜性肾病患者临床常见的一种病理表现,目前尚未形成公认的最佳治疗方案。基于“瘀水同病”理论,认为其病机主要在于“脾肾亏虚,瘀水互结,肾络瘀阻”,在临床治疗中应重视“瘀水同治”。于俊生教授针对其病机,临证采用“和络泄浊方”治疗此病,全方和调脏腑,同调阴阳,化瘀利水,畅达肾络,随证加减,收效颇著。

Primary membranous nephropathy is a common glomerular disease,as a common pathological feature in patients with primary membranous nephropathy,hypercoagulable state has not yet formed the recognized best treatment regimen.Based on the theory of “blood-water stasis”,we think that the pathogenesis mainly lies in “spleen and kidney deficiency,intermingled dampness and stasis,stasis of kidney collaterals”,should attach importance to the “simultaneous treatment of blood-water stasis” in clinical treatment.Professor Yu Junsheng use “activating collaterals and eliminating turbid pathogen therapy” to treat the disease in the clinical treatment for its pathogenesis,the therapy can relieve viscera,adjust the yin and yang,disperse blood-water stasis,dredge kidney collaterals with modification according to the symptoms to achieve obvious effect.
